Description

This is a 3-component training course for the middle management and line managers to enhance their project management skills and capabilities for the implementation of the Second Land Administration and Management Project.

Description of Services provided

The Training team performed the following :

  • Managed the implementation of the 3-part training
  • Responsible for the course design following an adult learning principle and workplace training objectives and ensured that approaches were appropriately incorporated in the overall design and delivery of the training activity.
  • Provided overall oversight in the conduct of the HR Activity and ensure that the workplace development objectives are achieved following the course design, particularly the detailed training timetable.
  • Arranged and managed all the logistics and administrative requirements of the training such as: transportation, food and accommodation, design and production of training materials, social programs, insurances, etc.
