Chairman

Vitaliano has over 30 years of professional experience in managing and implementing foreign funded, local government and private sector development projects. He has a Master of Engineering degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok, Thailand and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Cebu Institute of Technology in Cebu City. Vitaliano also heads two other companies involved in engineering and solar power development, respectivley—SCHEMA Konsult and Solar Power Utilities Generation Corporation.

President

Renato is managing director and overall in-charge of operations. He sees to the efficient execution of office tasks and project activities. He has more than 25 years of experience in managing organizations in academic and industrial settings, and has implemented rural development projects in various capacities for 20 years. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University, Manila, and earned units in Master’s in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.

Vice-President, Business Development and Project Management

Ning has been with SDS for 20 years. As head of business development and project management, she is responsible for developing teams, and the planning and execution of projects. Ning has substantial experience in international and nationally funded projects. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines in Los Baños and received practical training in project management under Hassall and Associates International.

Vice President, Finance and Administration

Jill is responsible for overseeing financial management in SDS. She advises the board on financial strategies and its impact on company objectives. Jill is a licensed medical doctor with a degree in Medicine from the University of the Philippines, Manila and an undergraduate and Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
