Project Information

The DENR mandated by the Government to conduct surveying of all lands in order to determine the final area of all barangays of the entire municipality as basis in the computation of Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) and further to determine the area of individual parcels/claims for REGISTRATION or TITLING Purposes and accurate TAX COLLECTION.

The project covered the survey of all lands, including foreshore land, except previously approved contiguous Group Settlement Survey, Friar Land estates and CARP/NR Surveys.

Scope of Works included:

1. Establishment of Project control

2. Establishment of political boundaries

3. Sketching and monumenting of all lots

4. Conduct of lot survey of all parcels in each barangay in terms of PRS92 and PPCS/PRS92.

5. Conduct of foreshore areas survey;

6. Completion of land use inventory and mapping accordance with existing guidelines and pertinent provisions of the Manual for Land Surveys of the Philippines

Obtaining other documents such as copies of sketch showing the names of claimants; whiteprint copies of cadastral maps with the names of the lot claimants which were posted in the bulletin board of barangay prior to submission of survey returns.

Managed the entire track and activities of the cadastral survey

Monitored consulting deliverables and made appropriate adjustments in the specialists’ deployment or in the cadastral survey methodology if warranted.; and

Oversaw the survey of all lands, including foreshore land, PLS and partial cadastral survey, Friar Land estates and CARP/NR survey as stated in the TOR

Responsible for the submission of Project Management Plans, monthly narrative, statistical and graphical reports and maps.
